The 15th Asia-Pacific Conference on Combustion (ASPACC) is expected to feature a comprehensive technical program, reflecting the significant growth and evolving scope of combustion research in the Asia-Pacific region in recent years.

This conference will convene scientists and engineers to explore the latest advancements and current trends in combustion science and technology.

All papers submitted for consideration for presentation to ASPACC will be subjected to rigorous peer-reviews. A new feature of ASPACC-2025 is the introduction of a two-track paper submission process:

  • 4-Page Papers: which follow the ASPACC tradition. These papers will be considered for possible oral presentation at ASPACC only.
  • 8-Page Papers: which should be prepared according to the Proceedings of the Combustion Institute (PROCI) format. These papers, if accepted for oral presentation at ASPACC, may be revised and subsequently re-submitted for consideration for publication in new PROCI Issues to be published in odd years. Note that papers that proceed for possible PROCI publications will be subjected to an additional editorial process.

Delegates may also submit a short abstract for possible presentation as a Work-in-Progress Poster (WiPP).

The same template will be used for 4-page and 8-page papers:

The detailed format requirement for full paper preparation can be found from:

A total of 13 colloquium categories will be addressed at ASPACC-2025. Authors must indicate choices of 1-2 colloquium topics in their submissions. The colloquia topics include, but not limited to:

  • Gas-Phase Reaction Kinetics
  • Heterogeneous Combustion
  • Flame Dynamics and Transport Processes
  • Detonation
  • Turbulent Flames
  • Fire
  • Explosions Hazards, Detonation Applications and Supersonic Combustion
