Presentation Guidelines

Poster Presentation

• Poster size: A0 in portrait orientation (design is up to presenters).
• Participants are required to print and bring their own posters.
• The poster guidelines are applicable to both the ASPACC-2025 main conference and the pre-conference workshops scheduled for May 17-18.

For posters presentation on 19th May:

• Setup: 19th May, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM SGT.
• Removal: 20th May, before 6:00 PM SGT.

For posters displayed on 21st May:

• Setup: 21st May, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM SGT.
• Removal: 22nd May, before 6:00 PM SGT.
   

Note: Posters left after the removal deadline will be disposed of.

Oral Presentation

• Format : Please prepare your slides in 16:9 PowerPoint format. A laser pointer will be provided for slide navigation, or you may use the laptop positioned at the rostrum.
• File upload : It is recommended to upload your presentation file to the allocated session room's laptop during break times before your session begins.
• Time slot : Ensure your presentation allows sufficient time for a Q&A segment and remains within the allotted time limit.
